From the beginning of our home-buying journey through closing, and even after closing, they were knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

Their availability was exceptional. The team was readily accessible by email, text, and phone. They even made time outside normal business hours to prepare preapproval letters for our time-sensitive offers. They worked closely with us through three different house bids, answered every question thoughtfully, and helped us strategize so that we could submit a stronger, more competitive offer on the home we ultimately purchased.

Linda and her team also worked seamlessly with our realtors at Nomad Realty, which made the entire process feel coordinated and efficient. They communicated well across everyone involved and also provided helpful recommendations for homeowners insurance, making it easier for us to navigate another important part of the purchase.

Their expertise and attention to the mortgage market made a meaningful financial difference for us. The team notified us about and secured a 1% mortgage interest-rate reduction for our first year. They also helped us lock in a lower interest rate during a period when mortgage rates were increasing, while carefully navigating debt-to-income ratio.

One of us is self-employed, which often creates additional documentation requirements and can make the mortgage process more complicated. Linda’s team helped make that process as straightforward and manageable as possible. They were organized, clear about what was needed, and patient in guiding us through the extra paperwork.

Communication remained consistent and reassuring all the way through closing. Even afterward, the team continued to be available when questions came up. The beautiful housewarming gift was an unexpected and incredibly thoughtful surprise that made an already special experience even more memorable.
