Today we’d like to introduce you to Linda Garcia.

Linda, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started in the mortgage business in 2003. I was eager to learn the business and had big goals to become a successful business owner. I originally started working with a well-known national mortgage lender in the customer service department so that I could learn from the ground up. After 1 year of working there, I decided to take the leap and get my license as a mortgage broker.

My team works together diligently to maintain consistent follow-up and communication on every file from the start of the loan process all the way to the closing table. We specialize in residential home loans, offering: FHA, USDA, VA, Conventional, and Non-Traditional mortgage options. I pride myself on operating with the highest level of integrity while offering personalized one-on-one service to every customer. My goal is to go above and beyond to deliver the best possible experience on every home loan.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not always been a smooth road. I was in the business back in 2008 & 2009 when the mortgage world crashed. It was a challenging time for Loan Originators back then. I had to work really hard to keep things going and to keep my good name in the business.

There were many Loan Originators who did not make it through those tough times. It took a lot of hard work and sacrifice to survive during those hard times.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I have a great team around me that plays a big role in my success. I have 2 other Loan Originators that work side by side with me to help make sure that we provide excellent service to as many clients as possible as well as a personal assistant that assists me in my day-to-day duties.

I also have an amazing support team to help with processing our loans and making sure we get our clients to the closing table on time. My family is my biggest cheerleader. They support me in the long hours of work during the day, night, and often times on the weekends.

My loyal clients also play a big role in my success by referring their friends and family to me.
